BIG AWARD FOR GAZ - Narre Warren recording artist Gary Ellis was inducted into the prestigious Australian Country Music Hands Of Fame.. The award was established in Tamworth in 1977 as a tribute to people who had made a significant name for themselves in Australian country music. Gary who has had a career spanning six decades attended the annual Tamworth festival in January where he received the gong. OUR KINDA COUNTRY - The eighth annual Our Kinda Country RCH Good Friday fundraiser will be held at Flanagans Bar in Traralgon on April 9. Artists donating their time and talent this year include Ryan Shore, Sandra Rasmussen, Chris Newman, Bill Rowley , Bryce Wright and Evan Platschinda  plus Yesteryear the Band. The 60s/70s mega hit makers will perform at The Palms at Crown on Friday 10 March and Chelsea Heights Hotel Saturday 11 March.
